Camping in the Bush

 This week for reading our success cerita was to compare and contrast. we had our Learn Create share. For my Leran bit was to look at the title  and think what this book could be about and then discussion it with our group we were not spussoned to read the book. Then my Create was to Write Two simple procedural texts showing How to make something How to use something. We did this on a paper in the how to make something box I wrote how to make a paper boat and then on the next box I wrote how to use a pop it which is very simple. Then Underneath the the two boxes there was two more and in there we were writing how to compare the differences of our procedural texts. We had to write How to make texts have and How to use texts have.Then my share bit was to blog it so I won't be in CHOP CHOP. I found it tricky to right the instructions of how to make a paper boat there was not enough room the more writing. I found it easy to blog it. My digital learning objects shows that I can take a photo and blog it. Next time I would choose to do it on a slide.

Wanted Alien Poster

 Today I was learning to Identify the characters and or/ author's point of view we had our learn create share to do my learn bit was to to read two stories based on the Olden days. Then my Crate bit was to Choose From the following Design your own Alien or Create a Wanted Alien Poster or Design an alien spaceship.... and we had to label  the important features. My share bit weas to create a quality blog post and post it.  I did the 2cd task. The Reward was 90000 if you found him just write it on the comments below. I found it tricky to write information. I found it easy to choose a background. My digital learning objects shows that I can Embed My slides to my blog. Next time I would do the 3d task.

Coral Reefs

 Today for reading our learning intention was to analyse and sithinse we had to watch video and read a journal then my Create bit was to educate others about the ocean and the importance of coral reefs. We had to include important facts and hints that will help others to protect our oceans I did this with two buddy's there names are Isabella and primrose here are the links to there blog so you can visit their blog primrose's Blog,Isabella's Blog. We did this task on a google slide.  My share bit was to create a quality blog post and post it. I found it tricky to not copy and paste because that is not being CyberSMART. I found it easy to choose two lovely buddy's. My digital learning objects shows that I can Embed my slides. Next time I would choose a coral reef background.

Pen pal

 Today we had our online class we had three things to do this blog post is about the 1st one and it was reading our learning intention was to apply knowledge. We had our learn create share to do for my learn bit I had to read a journal and that was my learn bit then I was up to my create bit which was to create our own pen pal letter or use a template I choose to the template we had to choose someone in our family or our best friend and we had to write a letter to them when I finished my letter I took a screenshot and sent it to the person that I wrote. I wrote my letter to primrose she is my friend. I found it tricky to choose someone. I found it easy to take a screenshot. My digital learning objects shows that I can embed my slides on my blog. Next time I would choose someone in my family.

Cicadas

 This is the last blog post and it is Reading our success criteria was to apply knowledge we had three things to do LEARN CREATE SHARE for our LEARN bit we had to read 2 articles and watch one video. Then I was up to my CREATE bit which is to Choose one of the create tasks to complete

1 - Use Scratch to create a sea Habitat- see if you can make a Cicada and another creature interact with one another (Talk)

2 - Use Scratch to create an insect Habitat jumping game where the Cicada has to jump over obstacles. 

3 - Use Google Slides to make an informative fact sharing about Cicadas 

I choose to the last one. Then I was up to my SHARE bit and that was to SHARE it on my blog. I found it tricky to find facts about Cicadas. i found it easy to do it on a google slide. My digital learning objects shows that I can Embed my slides on my blog. Next time I would use scratch.

This blog post is about the 2cd task and it is reading we had three things to do LEARN CREATE SHARE for our LEARN bit we had to read a Journal based on plastic our learning intention was to apply knowledge,then I was up to my CREATE bit which was to create a slide that helps others understand the impact that plastic has on the environment and what we can do about it I also wrote some facts. I found it tricky to write facts about plastic. I found it easy to finish reading the journal. My digital learning objects shows that I can Embed my slides on my blog. Next time I would write more.

The Magic Jawbone

 This is my 2cd blog post about the 2cd activity it was reading we had three things to do LEARN CREATE SHARE for our LEARN bit we had watch a video about Maui then I was up to my CREATE bit which is to Create magic jawbone using LEGO,a digital construction or sketch Or sketch some koru patterns from the story Or Retell the story use Stop Motion or write it or Create the kereru from the story using LEGO a digital construction or sketch I choose to create the Magic Jawbone I used piskel.  I found it tricky to create the magic Jawbone because it was slippery. I found it easy to take a screenshot . My digital learning objects shows that I can Make things on piskel .Next time I would do it on Minecraft.

Cats!

Today we had our online class we had four tasks to so this blog post is about the 1st one which is reading our learning intention is to apply knowledge we had our three things to do LEARN CREATE SHARE for our LEARN bit we had to read three articles and watch 2 videos based on cats and dogs then I was up yo my CREATE bit which was to choose one of the create task to compete

1- Make a 5 facts poster in Google slides to share what you learned about cats

2- Create a Food chain animation that includes a cat or dog

3- Make a Google Drawing poster showing the different parts of a cat or a dog

I did the 1st and 3rd task I made them both on a Google slides then I created it into a gif using tall tweets,for the 3rd task I did both animals. I found it tricky to choose one,write 5 facts about Cats. I found it easy to share it one mu blog. My digital learning objects shows that I can Embed my work on my blog so you can see what i did. Next time i would choose a different task.

Making Robots

This week for reading our learning intention was to summarize across multiple texts.we had three things to do LEARN CREATE SHARE for our LEARN bit we had to read 2 stories based on robots and watch one video.Then I was up to my CREATE bit which was to Ask - What is a problem I would love to solve! 
Imagine - Brainstorm all the ideas that could solve the problem
Imagine - Plan and design your own robot then I was up to my SHARE bit which was to share it on my blog so you can see.I found it tricky to think of a problem because there are lots of problems around the world.I found it easy create a robot using shapes.My digital learning objects shows that I can embed my Blog my Google slides on my blog so you guys can see what I did. Next time i would make a different robot and add a different problem.

Kawakawa

Today, I was learning how to summarise Do you know what summarise means? It means a brief statement of the main points of something we had our three things to do LEARN CREATE SHARE for my LEARN bit we had to read three stories and watch one video then I was up to my create bit which was to  Choose one Maori medicinal plant that is plated in our school we are going to paint a label on a piece of wood and list it's ronga properties( how can people use it today?)  We had to Design our label first using Google slides or paper I did mine on Google slides.We will do the painting tomorrow hopefully we will take some photos then i will post it so you can see it.My plant was Kawakawa there are some facts on my slide! I found it tricky to choose a plant and write about them. I found it easy to make a QR code i had to make a QR code because I had lots of information. My digital learning objects shows that I can embed my QR code. Next time I would change my plant write different facts about it!

Japan information Slides!

 This weeks for reading our success criteria was to skim and scan it means reading techniques that use rapid eye movement and keywords to move quickly through text for slightly different purposes we had our three things to do LEARN CREATE SHARE for our LEARN bit we had to read  ancient warriors japan facts it’s Cool to Learn about Countries: Japan we had to watch two videos for my CREATE bit I had to using the keywords/facts we have learnt create an interactive report sharing your knowledge of Japan.Then I was up to my SHARE bit which was to share my work on my blog so you can see what I did. I found tricky to write facts about Japan. I found it easy to add a background and change the fonts to funky fonts. My digital learning objects shows that I can embed my Japan information on my blog so you can see it. Next time I would change my background add different fonts and write different facts.

Olympic Facts

Next time I would change the colour and  add a background.

Reading about Matariki

 Did you that this week is Matariki? for reading our learning intention was compare and contrast it means  identifying the similarities and differences between two things. We had three things to do and that is Learn create share my learn bit was to read The eyes of tawhirimatea and Pleiades around the world stories we also had to listen to a story and watch a video called Matariki. Then i did my create part which was to discuss in my ground about the similarities and difference between all the stories that I read my group name was Avengers. So my friend Jakob shared a slide to everyone in our group there was five of us me Isabella Amelia Olivia and Jakob R also I thought that there were 7 stars but there are 9 stars. I found it tricky to write about Tawhirimatea the god of wind and Ranginui the earth Mother. I found it easy to do my work with my reading group. Perseus

 This week for reading our learning intention was infer it means reading between lines and find clues from the text that i was reading. My Learn part  was to read a story called Medusa- the Quest of Perseus then we had to watch a video about Perseus and Medusa my create part was to create a slide or draw on a piece of paper and glue it in our scrapbook. I did my on a google slide we had to draw Perseus or write Perseus in a text box also we had to give evidence from the story.I did my slide with a buddy her name is Isabella here is the link to her blog Isabella's blog .I found it tricky to find evidence about Perseus. I found it easy set a background and write the evidence. I found it challenging to read the story cause there was 36 slides. My digital learning objects shows that i can Embed my reading on my blog. Next time i would change my background to a light colour.

Samoa week!!!!!

 Talofa

This week is samoa language week! Since it is samoa language week for reading I got a Samoa Digital Activities slide I did not make the slide my teacher Mrs Naden did it. There were 10 Samoa Digital Activities I completed every slide.I found it tricky to complete the samoa flag puzzle cause there was a puzzle piece missing.I found it easy to write the General information of Samoa.I found it challenging read and write about samoa it was very interesting and fun. My digital learning objects shows that I can I Embed my Samoa Digital Activities slide.Next year for samoan language week i will try to make my own samoan slides because the one that i was using it was a bit tricky to do things.

Robot Timeline

 This week for reading our group had to Invent something for the Future we were allowed to use google slides google drawing and also were allowed to draw on a piece of paper I drawed my work my google drawing then i took a screenshot and insert it my Robot slides.I found it tricky to think what to invent for the future but at last i got a idea and that idea was to make a Robot that can do your chords you can just sit back and have a cup of coffee. I found it easy to draw on google drawings cause it was a bit hard work. My digital learning objects shows that i can Embed my Robot slides. Next time i would choose something else to invent and also i do it on a piece of paper.
